These terms govern the services provided by Honey Web Solutions. They are written in plain language and are a starting point only – please have them reviewed by a lawyer before you publish them, and adjust anything that does not match how you actually work.
1. Quotations and scope
Every project begins with a written quotation setting out deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Quotations remain valid for 30 days.
2. Payments
Project work is normally invoiced 50% on acceptance of the quotation and 50% on completion, before the site is moved to the live domain. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, images, approvals and access in reasonable time. Delays in providing these move the delivery date accordingly. You confirm that any material you supply does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
4. Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered website design and content passes to you. Domain names, hosting accounts and advertising accounts are registered in your name and remain yours at all times. Third-party components remain licensed under their own terms.
5. Results
Search engines, advertising platforms and AI assistants are controlled by third parties. We commit to the work described in your scope and to transparent reporting, but no agency can guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level or sales figure, and we do not.
6. Support and maintenance
Thirty days of support is included after launch for anything that does not work as specified. Ongoing updates, backups and content changes are covered by an optional care plan.
7. Cancellation
Either party may end a monthly retainer with 30 days’ written notice after the initial agreed period. Work completed up to the end of the notice period is payable.
8. Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
